Enrollment for Voluntary
Programs You can sign up for the legal services program only during this enrollment period. After the period ends, you will not be eligible to enroll in legal services until the companys 2004 annual enrollment in the fall of 2003.2 However, you can enroll in auto and home insurance and veterinary pet insurance at any time during the year. Marsh @WorkSolutions, a leading administrator of voluntary employee programs, administers these programs. Please read the enclosed materials for more information and respond by March 14 to enroll in the programs of your choice. For more details or to enroll, call Marsh @WorkSolutions at 1-800-626-9011 or visit Employee services on http://MyStandard (from the office) orhttp://www.asdemployeeservices.com (from home or another internet connection). Auto and Home Insurance Legal Services Legal assistance can include such items as creating a will, buying a new house, dealing with a divorce, and selling your used car. Plus, the program includes access to a broad range of financial planning services. If you are interested in these services, call 1-800-626-9011 or visit MyStandard to find out what types of legal services are covered under the program or to enroll. Remember, if you are interested, you must enroll by March 14 or you will not be eligible to enroll in this service until American Standards next annual enrollment in the fall of 2003. Employees that enroll on or before March 14 will have coverage effective May 1, 2003. Veterinary Pet Insurance Please take a few moments to look over the enclosed materials. If you have questions about any of these programs, call Marsh @WorkSolutions at 1-800-626-9011 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.
