View your benefits

Now you can check your benefit choices whenever you wish - no need to visit your friendly neighborhood HR person (unless you just want to say "hello," which is always nice). Best of all, the process very simple and it only takes a few minutes!

Easy Access From Your Home or Office

When at work, check your benefits by using our company-wide intranet portal, http://MyStandard . Simply go to the Employee Services area and look for the eBenefits "gadget." Click the "Log In" button to begin.

From home, connect to the Internet and go to our special employee services Web site at http://www.asdemployeeservices.com . Click the button that says View Your Benefits Online to begin. Whether you start from your home or office, the next step will take you to the eBenefits log-in screen.

The Log-In Screen

Your employee benefit information, like your pay and other confidential employee information, is stored within a secure computer system. When you log in, this system retrieves the information you want to see. When you log off, it locks the information safely away so no one else can see it.

To log-in, follow these simple steps:

  • Type in your User ID and password into the appropriate spaces.

    These were supplied to you in a letter from Larry Costello, Senior V.P. of Human Resources - they are the same ID and password you use to access other employee "self-service" resources such as the "View Your Pay" feature.)

  • Click the green Sign In button.
Here's how to review your benefit plans:
  • After you log in, you'll see a screen like the one to the right

  • Your benefits are organized into several categories. Click the benefit you'd like to review to proceed.

  • You'll be shown a snapshot of your current benefits in that category.

  • To return to the list of benefit categories, click benefit home at the bottom of the page.

  • Click Sign Out at the top of the Benefits home page to finish your session.
TIP: You can see your benefit choices from a previous year by entering a date in the date field at the top of the screen. Or click the calendar icon and select the appropriate date. Then click Go.

Only benefit choices from your employment at an American Standard Companies business will be shown. Information from prior employers is not available.
